vn v6 calais auto to manual

hi i've got a vn calais that i want to put v6 manual out of a vn executive
the calais has on motor or engine loom and the executive has been crashed
and only missing the drive sharft
any help on possible problems would great

easy i put a v6 manual into my calais but i used the calais wiring. tailshafts are a different length from auto to manual

done nearly every on the car now, managed to track down the original loom out of the calais,got it all running just need a manual drive shaft
