MissRBVN
that must be the rarest vn on the planet 4 cyl
its the opal motor shitty little thing that it is
will be a NZ version MissRBVN you in kiwi land.
ok i didnt know they existed what was holdens thinking when they made that lol i can see why you want to do a conversion lol
i have never herd of a 4 cyl VN before. Very strange. and particular reason why you want to put in a RB25 or a RB30 in?
should put some pics of the 4 cylinder engine up for the boys so they can see the 4 cylinder VN goodness.and yes vn_lukes the one to talk to reguarding nissan conversions in VN
yes pictures please gotta see this and good luck with the conversion it will stand out fur sure.
whats the shipping rate to nz? $ per kg?
lots just sending a memcal is $7.70
Should just twin charge the 4! Could be the fastest opal title.
theres definatly plenty of room for 2 sc14 chargers
I didn't even know these existed either. I have just gotten rid of my VN...... Was a 6 tho. Are you sure you want to "Nismo" your Holden????
Fair call though if its a throwback to your dad... Hope the conversion goes well. make sure you let us know how you get on with it!
I wish i knew about VN luke when i still had mine. So many opportunaties missed.![]()
PICS! I demand pics! Never have I seen a 4cyl VN or been able to find pics.

pictures or it didnt happen. rofl
4cyl Vn are the ricers missing something overhere ?
The VP update of 1991 featured mainly cosmetic changes; the same revised 3.8 litre V6 and 5.0 litre V8 engines from the VN were carried over. The 2.0 litre straight-4 previously available in New Zealand was discontinued. Exterior cosmetic changes included a translucent acrylic grille on the base level Executive.Semi-trailing arm independent rear suspension became standard on the Calais and SS, but was made an option on lower-end models in lieu of the live rear axle, improving ride and handling.
i would consider sticking with the 4 like a few guys said and charging it it would be different and may find that will produce good power i suppose it depends what your after hows a 400 hp 4 in a vn sound im sure you would embarrass a quiet a few little revheads when you beat them and then pop the hood
