touch up or replace window moulds??

For ages i've been looking at the window moulds , theres a greyish coloured plastic strip running around, and the rest of the rubbers like most im assuming, are black. Anyway, all the paint has rubbed off, and is really letting down the apearance of the car. Has anybody touched these up before, or replaced them at some stage. I don't really trust myself to mask everyting up and paint them, would be a disaster if some thing went wrong.. Any ideas from anybody?, thanks..

I sprayed mine black and they look soooo much better. But apart from that i'm not really sure what you can do.
