Diff LEaking

On my vn v6 auto the diff is leaking a fair bit from the black plug thing on the back of the diff. justr wondering where i could get an ew one and how to replace it. do i just pop one out and put the other in???

head down to a wreckers and get one for a few bucks, not sure about buying new ones but you can always go to your local parts distributor, shouldnt be too expensive.
