    Default water pump hose leaking?

    Has anyone else had this problem? Bottom radiator hose in a vn v8, the end which attaches to the water pump leaks water. New hose and new clamp and it still leaks. drives me nuts. ive tried smearing some loctite blue gasket stuff but must be doing it wrong. any help would be great guys. thanks..

    is the neck on the pump corroded?
    if not when u chuck a new hose on youre not supposed to tighten it right up at the start.
    after about a week nip it up and yo ushould be right
