In theory you are supposed to get engineering certification for a 355 stoker as it is more than a 15% increase in displacement. In practice how the hell are the authorities going to know the engine has been stroked?

The 215i uses the same 3.48 inch stroke.

yeah foamy engine no. vu613476 the bottom end is outa a vs senator 215i
and the top end is just off a vp ss bloody shmick car

VU is just a 304. Pretty sure the 215's had a different prefix.....
