turbo 700 slipping

i have a vn 5.0L with a turbo 700 , as i idle out of the car park then slowly put the foot down the gearbox feels like its slipping the engine revs and goes no were then kicks in any idear what this could be ? thanks

had this problem one in a vn v8, ended up changing oil and filter and you wouldn,t belive it,it came good for the next 4 months then wouldn,t change into 3rd untill it was hot...
