what kit is this?

hey guys

would someone be able to tell me what kit this is
i seen it in a thread in the SA section but the thread is closed
i want to get the vp calais spats for my vp and want to know what kit this is because it suits the spats well (im interested in getting the spats and a kit to suit them)
i have the sv5000 front n rear bar but i dont like them and i dont think the spats will suit.
and will my door moulds on my executive suit the spats if i get the spats sprayed so you cant see the chrome and get my door moulds sprayed the same colour as the car and spats

seems that car has a few different bits on it.

looks like a vn with vp calais rear lights/spats and ss boot spoilers, le sideskirts and vnss front and rear bar spoilers

ok thanks mate, yeah i thought it had a mix of vn/vp parts, makes for a pretty cool look tho.
do you know if the spats all come stock with a chrome strip and the one pictured has had it removed or painted?
coz all the ones ive seen have a chrome strip
and what are the skirts? le did you say?

or are they all the same coz it seems like they have different moulds

dont like it at all. he cant mount a ss rear spoiler for shit. side skirts look like vn ss so does the front lip. rear nar looks like a vp one

yeah, thanks mate.
that mounting job on the bobtail kills the look otherwise the car would look alright although im not usually a fan of mixing and matching parts from different models

has to be vn ss kit or vp ss kit, not both. they just dont work together.

i think the reason is that they put the middle bit on first and not get it lined up propley wen i think they should do 1 side first but with blue tac holding it on so u can line everything up lol. Some ppl hey, they never learn. Im lucky cause my bobtail was on it from factory

oh and i think the kit is vn ss front and side skirts and vp calis rear bar with that wheel arch thingy lol

Front bar is stock VN, with the SS lip (no holes for the spotties, so not genuine SS)
VP Calais Door Moulds/Spats
VP SS Rear bar/lip

The side skirts are probably fibreglass copies of the SS brand, although i've seen a few HSVs which have them from factory, so could be them.


VP SS and VP Calais rear bars are identical, one has red stripe, the other has chrome.
And of course the lip, although that is universal to any VP Sedan Rear bar.

The spats all have chrome striping, but thats very easy to change (i looked at an SS with the red stripes).

haha i wont copy it mate, im gonna keep it all vp parts
probably go with the full ss kit with either a bobtail or no spoiler
or maybe calais rear bar and moulds coz i like the chrome, but i want the spats either way
