G'day from what I've read, the 69mm Throttle body is the best option for a VN V6.. Where can i find one of these though? Would they be any more than 150? Cheers Guys.
Gaz.
Try ebay. They are machined and they do cost more then $150
keep in mind that a v8 throttle body is a direct bolt on for the v6 throttle body, and is even wider still.. these can also be machined a little for that extra few mm for better throttle response
but if your set on a bored out v6 tb , just make sure before installing it on your motor that it is polished smooth and theres no little bits of metal because you wouldnt want that dissapearing down your motors throat!
also a bloke on here mrspares i think his id is... he'll have a few v8 tb's expect to pay aorund 100 - 120 for a v8 tb.
V8 tb is the way to go, and if you take it any further let me know, i currently run a V8 tb on my sII V6, and if it wasnt for the huge cam it would probably be enough, im looking at multiple tb set ups.

No worries cheers guys. How big is the V8 tb's then?
