Hi Guys, as mentioned in my post in My Rides, im in need of a new k frame.

i was just curious to know hwo much roughly this may set me back?

would like to know average prices for new or second hand, and how hard is it to replace it on a '89 VN Calais. Anyone ever done it before? if its a job for the shop, how much u reckon this could be all up?

any info would be greatly appreciated

depends on if its a v6 or 8. you see them on ebay all the time . v8 ones ranging from 50 to 150

a v6 one will be real cheap.
It's to big a job to pay someone to do but not overly hard.
do a search in vp section for cracked k frame and find the post buy me it explains what you need to do to change it.

you will need a wheel alingment afterwards.
