Oh that im with you, yes currently it is sitting like that but only while im not driving it, the reason i havent put the back wheels on is they hae 265/35/18 tyres, which apparently wil no way fit under the back nd of a vn guard. so im gonna sell of these tyres, one brand new never used and the other 90% as well as the two near new fronts and get a matching set of 235/40/18.

Also update, without pics but they will follow.
I have fitted my rear seat, had to weld up a few brackets and make up a catch for the centre seat but it worked out pretty sweet

I have finished installing my centre console and stereo surround.
I have fixed up an assortmnt of broken mounts, such as cluster surround, fuse panel locating mount, as well as a few oter things.

Got a problem with my interior light, it seems that if i have the rear map lights plugged on just the drivers side, as well as the center interior light, when i push the passenger side dome light it brings the on bulb for that aswell as the center festoon light, if you know what i mean. im hopng i have just plugged some stuff in wrong. the only lighting wire tampered with was the one to cnnect up the calias level three sitchblock, and the interior light buton is working perfectly.

    any ideas anyone?

lastly found the following, pick up this week sometime.

    Console power window switches
    mirror joystick
vn ss centre peice (as mine is damaged)
    rear rooflining panel
    window module
    and harness for power windows+mirrors

    all for $100

New update!!! no pics at this stage though....

Have installed power windows and mirrors, have the backs working perfectly, fronts i am having trouble with the mounting the regs on the window. Ive kinda got the drivers side working but its not right isnt going up as smooth as the back, and also window is mounted on runners right as it falls a bit

I recieved my splits! SPL Dynamics 6.2, they look really cool! should sound awesome to!
I ran my amp power wire yesterday, and tomorrow im getting the rust in the boot welded up, so it will be water tight!
Following this is my much awaited boot intsall, will only be simple but will be so much better. a new mdf parcel helf will also come with cutouts for some 6.5 inch speakers, that wil just run of the headunit.
will also mount the amp and speakers once rust and windows are done.

I have put in an electric aerial, somebody decided they wnated my old manual one pretty bad.

things are coming along, moneys an issue though....
    90 days till my 18th!

This is what im thinking of doing for a boot install:

The black square is the amp for my splits, The green squares are hinges, my plan is to hinge that area so i can store a jack and a sidcrome kit in there, jumper leads, wheel brace.

I wanna not build a section up, so the bit in red imagine it isnt there. i was thinking a sub box in there, with my sub amp mounted some where in the same spot?

    anyone else got anby ideas?

Changed my idea on the boot install. Just a few more progres pics,

bogged up a few rust holes, still have to sand and paint.
Pic of rear seat installed, and my door trims, however they turned out pretty shit.
front while i was installing power mirrors and windows. Still need a drivers reg if anyone has one as mine is stuffed.
and a motor pic, have added a cold air intake, still need to just tidy it up, hit it with some degreaser.

Got my eye on some vq stuff, rear bumper and skirt, chrome striping, vn ss front with vq chrome grill

Ive finished off the chrome trims and installed some new audio stuff.
Purchased a Zylux Alarm system RRP $350.00, got it through a mate whos a rep for $155.00! That will be going in this week, as well as a 1000wrms reponse mono amp, and a 1000wrms Mach 5 12 inch sub in a custom box.
Need to start working on paint soon, do the roof, my vq stato bumpers, and all my vn ss skirts ect. Try to locate a vq garnish.

As for the springs im worried ultra lows are gonna make it undriveable, ive seen some cars dragging ass so bad when on ultras, most of those have had stockies on though, anyone have any experiences with ultras and 18's?

Thanks for your comments 10WVN, your cars looking pretty decent to!

Im in Gippsland, Victoria. Looking for around $150.00 for the complete back seat and the passenger seat.

The rear base has been modified to mount into original vn mounts. The two side peices have had custom brackets with bolts welded to seat frame. these bolts go through the round hole found on all vn/vps. the only thing you need to do is bolt the fold down centre part, this is best done with self tapers and takes five minutes.
The passenger seat is in great condition however is missing the map pocket, can be purchased cheap though.

If your just after the rear i can do it for $100.00

the white parts are the original door cards retrimmed in white vinyl. i then dyed the trims using vht dye and added vs door pods with black carpet along the bottom. The front seats are actually for sale with a matcching rear and the matching door trims. as i will be adding vy seats to the front to.

Thanks for your comments guys, once i finish off what i wanna do to the outside it should look heaps cleaner!
Doing the boot install this holidays and tidying things up.

also in the process of saving for my weekender, a single cab 2nd gen (84-89) hilux, will be mad, 33's, custom tray, paint the cab a cool colour
