i just bought 5 metres of 30 amp power cable and are going to run it to the rear in the side of the boot.ive wired on duel relays one for the intank pump and one for the new external ill take the wire that normally feeds the internal and use it too trigger the 2 relays and run new feeds too both the pumps so i know both have battery voltage at idle .ive checked near new jappas before and found a dismal 10-11 volts at the pump so ill be trying for a solid 13.9-14 V at the pump at idle

well i braved the cold .pretty much have the pump wiring run just need to get it through the firewall i couldnt feel my fingers so made it hard to feed wire through the hole i made in the clutch cable grommet. still tossing up weather to run the pump and surge in the side panel or in the spare tire well or just in the back on the base of the floor in full view if the surge is short enough i can fit both in the spare tire well easy as.

i think theres room in behind the factory speaker grill in the rear if the tank is skinny enough i could get an under car tank but they are so small doesnt worry me if its right smack bang in the middle of the boot floor i just wish i had my surge now . have power cable all the way to the fuse box have a spare clip on fuse segment from another fusebox i raided for parts ages ago ready too go on .its lucky i got 5 metres of cable it just reaches i thought it would be enough to do to the pumps as well but nope shes a long old bus off to dicksmiths for another couple of metres at least i reckon and then if its a good day i might wire them in and get the intank running off it allready so when i get my surge i can just wire do some plumbing and slap in the relay for pump 2

well finally found someone nice enough to send me a surge to newzealand without it costing an arm and a leg thanks to MR_stuart on ebay hes the man Fuel Surge Tank For Mazda RX7 Rotary RX3 RX4 R100 - eBay Other Performance Parts, Performance Parts, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 14-Oct-09 00:23:35 AEDST) obviously i didnt get one with rotary on it LOL he does have them with VL turbo on though or could of custom engraved one for me but i dont have time for that i want it in allready.hopefully this time next week i should have my pump and surge in and working found some T-bar hose clamps for $3.50 each nearly cheaper than a normal hose clamp LOL
