Hey this is my new VP
92 VP executive
Its a 5 litre with extractors, IRS and LSD.
Its got SS interior cruise control pwer windows (front)
the car is duel fuel and is COMPLETELY stock besides extractors... and was in grandpa form when i bought her.
she has got 240xxx on the clock and has had an engive refresh 4k ago...
the QUIETEST 5L i have EVER heard....
anyway heres some pix..

within the next week i should have an exhaust and cold air intake........
i cant realy do much to her at the moment cos i still have my VP calais wreck in the drive way that im trying to sell ASAP!!!!...any constructive criticism is welcomed..

yeah thanx, jst need to lower it and stuff now... but im enjoying cops not having a second look at it at the moment....... 2 be honest i would have rather had ure calais dude, but yeah.. didnt have the cash u were after...

no worrys man, you should put the calais gaurd spats in it, if there not damaged to bad
yeah unfortunately the spats are fked.. they would look mean on it!....
Wouldnt it look better if i did them white??.. always wanted to do that to the calais.. makes it look classic and tough at the same time....
Goin to check out zorsts tomoz, dno what size i should get.. i know the sound i want, but not sure on details... ive had turbo's prev and know what to look for when it comes to them, but no idea with 5.0.. might search threads..
it would look like pumba's SS that was on here white SS with spats and the red pin stripe instead of chrome.

Car is booked in to get 2 1/2 inch zorst tomoz.. single box, dont know if i would wanna go 3" to be honest.. u know what the cops are like round these parts.. the guy at everlast said that its not going to be an off the shelf system, my dad gets his zorsts done there so he hooked me up with a good price.. its not goin to have a tip yet tho, till i find a nice love heart shaped one.. HAHAHAHA jokes.. but yeah ill hunt around for one that i like then get it installed... being ran on gas lots in the past caused the stock system to rust in a few places and make holes....... any 1 know what size the standard VP 5L exhaust is??
you should try make it look exactly like a vp ss would be sweet seeing its already halfway there. what did you do with those spotties you took off. willing to sell?
ummm, not sure what else to do to it, the guy whent to some lengths to get it where it is.... even has a genuine VP ss rim as a spare.... and for some one to even put SS interior in it and rare to find a VP exec 5.0 with IRS and LSD and with SS stickers and red rubbers all round, they look as old as the car... slight fading and such...... i dunno bout the spotties, not sure how much they worth rly, they worked bloody well tho, will have to see..... u want the louver aswell?? they kinda go hand in hand HAHAHA

oooh straight black pipe comin out the back looks mean, sounds good! you said its got extractors, what extractors has it got?
yeah, i was going to get a tip, but couldnt see one i liked, i was told this morning that they arent extractors but factory headers.. well they look like extractors to me.... ill take a pic of the headers to show u guys
thats the manifold, i may be wrong, but they look like extractors to me... not sure.... not real proficient when it comes to V8 exhausts, but if i saw a style like this on a inline 6 or a 4 cyl, id think they where extractors..
there probly the HSV factory headers man I know the VP international came with them too. i think the stock zorst is 2 and a 1/4 inch but dont quote me.
All you need is the SS spoties, STEALTHY may have some but im not sure
that exhaust sound nice now man and the sound of it has that much force now it blew the camera ove lol

the more you drive it the more soot buildup inside the pipe the deeper it will get...give it a couple of weeks and it will sound even betterer...
Thanks for the comments guys, yeah, ive only done bout 30km or so since the zorst was on.. see how we go after like u said, the soot will build up....
hmmm still unclear bout the headers, may pay for me to do some research i think..
Today im going to look into putting the calais spats on the car.... they where damaged when it was crashed, but im sure i can find a way to get them on there... (the mounting parts on the plastic got broken)..... so see how i go..
the 3 screw should superglue back on n hope they stick. the steel plate is welded to the body tho

hmm im unsure what to do with her from here.. she isnt up to my standards in performance, sure she is on gas and all, but its EXACTLY the same performance on petrol!!.... it it because the gas thing attatched to the throttle body is restrictive???.. i wanna know, cos if it is ill rip the c**t off hahaha!![]()
