Hi All,
I was in need of a cheap daily whilst the BT1's off the road and found this little gem...
Its a 1992 VP Exec - Solid engine with new alt. Pacemaker headers and a 2.5 inch.
Just over 220K and was originally a Council fleet car (log books still in glove box).
Paint and panel is a little rough but for $200 with rego till June 10 I cannot complain one little bit. Has minor surface rust around bottom of rear window thats all....
Future mods are Paint and Panel, wheels, possible turbo, custom interior.
I have a VP Senitor kit here to go one when I get money for paint together. I also have V8 Brake conversion with Slotted and Drilled rotors.
Looks like a very good pick up mate, especially for $200 ..
Never seen that colour before, is it a factory colour?
Nice looking engine too ..
Keep us updated *thumbs up*
1988 VN Executive - Work In Progress
Good buy man![]()
Sorry for the delayed responses been flat out with work.....I have been told its Formula Blue and came out on the VK's......
Thanks..It has been a charm with no issues...have even found if the load is right..it seems to have LSD characteristics in the diff....as in a really tight LSD almost locker value......not sure if thats a good thing or not....
I have 3.45 LSD to go in anyhow....
That VP 5L ute I raced against was this colour also. I thought it must have been repainted. Seems not!. Must be a very rare colour
my grandpa has the exact same colour as you, VP S pac wagon. he said its an ex cop car but im not sure why they'd have a blue cop car like that
93 VP Ute, V6 5 Speed
Who Knoes, but my BT1 is Burgendy...its an ex Vic Pursit car.
