The first time I was pulled over for unregistered (3 days over due, honest mistake) they didn't say anything. Same cops pulled me over at the same place 3 days later and checked my rego, the rookie girl cop asked where did I get my tint done, i just said it was like that when I bought it and the guy cop just told her to leave me alone.

Apart from that Ive been pulled over for breath testing countless times at night and they never said a word.

But I don't really go anywhere I don't need to go, don't cut laps, don't drive stupid and any time I'm talking to the police I always be nice to them.

Going to add the ebay pics of it but I don't have the front spoiler any more, it half ripped off reversing out of a park as the it caught the edge and I didn't notice.

Ahh ok thats good then coz im looking at getting tint done on my car coz im sick of driving down the freeway and having guys just stare into my car at my miss's! its very distracting and she doesn't like it..

im looking at a VX bodykit on ebay, i think im ganna get it iv seen ALOT of vns with it and they look mean as..

The spoiler didn't suit it anyway, found a Calais one at the wreckers for $80 so kind of happy the old one got broken.

Talk to some people with the VX kit first before you get one, I hear they are a pain in the ass to fit.

There is no Calais body kit, I was just lucky enough to get a silver bumper from a Calais. 99% sure its no different to a standard Commodore.

Got my new rear tyres today, thinking about the same for the front.

Anyone have thoughts on 225s vs 215s on the front?

These are 225/60R15 Highway Max ($60 but kick ass from what I hear)

Not sure if 225 is too wide or will be fine on the front.

I work for a tyre store, Use to have 215,60 15 goodyears all round on my old old car, then down the track ended up having 225,60 15 Hankook tyres really good silica ones cost $150ish each looked tuff as

I just got some new Federal formoza fd1 225/r60 15's they spin a bit in the dry but are really grippy in the wet which is good, had toyos before they were really slippery in the wet & good in the dry. Soft vs hard rubber I guess depends what you prefer.

My car is off the road for now.

My rego ran out (only realized after I was already down town) and I had to leave it at a servo over night.

Went to register it the next day online at my brothers house using his credit card and I cant register it.

Apparently its because I have unpaid fines (last time it was 1 day out of rego and I didn't know) and I cant get it registered till the fines are paid.

Bad timing, just moved house paid bond + x2 weeks in advance, dont even make enough to pay the fine plus rent and even then still would need to be registered.

Ill either have to try and work out a way to pay it off or try and get it registered in my brothers name I guess.

Ended up driving it home unregistered cos I cant leave it at the servo for what could possibly be months.

Is VN/VP different? I run 235's on my vr stato all round. no scrubbing as far as i know haha.

With my 225's they barely fit under the lip of the guard, can only just get 1 finger between the tyre and lip. They haven't been rolled though.

I have likel literally 2-5 mm between my tyres and the strut.
Mines still as high as a hippies canary in the front though so I'm not sure what its like with the guard. Hopefully getting something lower soon though.

Can't be registerd at the moment because I have a unpaid fine for driving unregisterd.

Its sitting at my bro's house out in the weather, sucks walking 10km round trip in to town everyday.
