$2000 5litre vn calais

Just bought this after selling my turbo r31 decided i needed to go back to a vn and a holden! she needs a little bit of work but i see potential tell me what you think =D

Car: 1990 Vn calais-dual fuel

ENGINE: 5litre 304 out of a statesman

Exhaust: 2.5inch cat back stock headers

TRANSMISSION: Auto with stage 2 shift kit

COLOUR: white

EXTERIOR: grandpa spec

INTERIOR: leather rear seats,fronts are gray monza racing seats,calais features(all electrics)

Diff:lsd with 3.9's

Suspension: lowered on kingsprings

Rims:stock calais rims

ODOMETER: 220k on car 158k on motor

OTHER INFO: has all new brakes (rotors pads etc),dvd player

Bad Points:left rear has been hit by car not that bad of damage already replaced the bumper and tailight just needs to be pushed back out abit ....body needs some work

Future Mods:
buy a wreck vn and swap some body parts pretty much clean up body
get new exhaust and headers
twin dumper exhaust tip
some black 18's
get dent in back fixed
engine work down the track cams and all that
respray eventually

Once i get a buckle fixed on 1 of the rims i may put my old g max wheels on from my old ss what you reckon?or should i get some black rims?

thats a bargain for 2g man looks allrite. i think rims are one of the hardest things to pick lol thay look pritty nice in that pic thow.

yeah not sure about the rims i think black rims would look better...and each to their own about the seats i do like them will probs change them down the track to something abit better looking but they will do for the time being(plus i feel like a race driver when in them lol) cheers for the comment mate.

well calais is pissing out oil my mate said it could be the front seal or main bearing i forget which one he said so car is off road till i take it to mechanic to get checked =( not happy!!

Things to come soon for the vn:

New power steering rack-Done
New extractors-Done
Twin dump pipe exhaust tip
Install my mtx sub
Massive cut and polish
Paint engine covers and a couple of other things

Abit further down the track:

Black 18's
Couple of gauges...just for shits
Vn ss kit put on
Darker tint
Engine work cams and all that
B&m shifter put in

Update on the car:

Well vn is back got a new powersteering rack put on and had another extractor put on so no more ticking noise sounds so much better with out it and also had a wheel alignment done and she drives great now pretty happy it's back on the road.

Now im gonna give the seats a good clean they got a few marks on them and also cut and polish the car hopefully make the shit paint alittle better and a new steering wheel and that should make me happy for a week lol then start doing stereo and everything else.

I put some newer pics up with the clubby wheels on it not much else has really happened with it besides rims and my stereo is all in now just enjoying driving it atm more mods will happen soon.

Well im thinking about getting a new exhaust put on because its not loud enough plus a little bit more power couldnt hurt but cant decide what im gonna get yet im thinking 3 inch straight threw but i dont know how that will go...anyone have any better ideas?
