Okay.. finally some progress
*VT booster and M/C –much better pedal feel and more bite
*New radiator, the old one had a few cracks in the tanks so I took advantage and brought a thicker 52mm one.
*Coil pack was moved from under the throttle body to behind the power steering reservoir. After breaking down on boost I thought it maybe a faulty coil or DFI module. This position make it A LOT easier to get to plus it I can use standard V6 S2 leads, instead of custom ones.
Still a few bugs in the donk sort out![]()

very nice, loving how it sits. Pretty rough ride though?
Nice ride mate love the raptor setup on the v6 it would be good to know what sort of PWR its putting out?????
nice, i'm on the hunt for a manual project vn. i just like how they look and your's is a good oneespecially the rims and the kit.
More progress...
Faulty fuel pump (a cheap shitty ebay item......) caused breaking down on boost, sluggish and rough idle. Brought a new VS L67 pump and runs like a dream... and plenty of bite too
Also brought a set of L67 injectors to replace the 'modified' or 'drilled-out' injectors.

More progress again
Recently dyno run on a 2 Bar tune (Origins unknown as it came with the kit):
146kW at the wheels running lean as (due to maxing out the dodgy injectors)
171kW at the wheels running L67 injectors
Running a little rich at idle and at certain places in the rev range yet cruising speeds is fine, definitely could do with some fine tuning though.
I think a Haltech maybe on the cards, anyone have one they want to sell?![]()
