my new vp calais

traded in my 1997 vs series 2 acclaim and bought myself a 1992 vp calais. what yas think?
anybody have suggestions on some minor mods the car is a granpa spec with 141 xxx kms on it and original down to the wheels and cassette player/ ?

Top buy buddy! Keep it stock for a while mate, just enjoy it! A couple of months down the line you'll have an idea of what you want to do.

Probably retain more value if you leave it stock that said maybe a CD player but keep the original radio and tint the windows. Give it a good once over especially the front end and replace any bushes that are worn and check the bearing plates as they collapse on the VN's and VP's

Some new spring and shocks

Extractors new exhaust
a tune from either delcowizzard or greenfoam

take out the manifold restrictor i think there is mixed results from doing this

from melbourne traded my vs in for 3000 and ima give him 2400 cash so all up 5400 thats driveaway so yeah ima get it checked out give it a service and get the windows tinted before anything. but cause there old cars is it hard for mods like parts and stuff. tryna have a look around buhh cant find much..

nahh i like how the body is now. just minor performance mods exhaust extractors CAI then i was thinking dump it on its ass looks sick cause the spads already cover abit of the wheel lol
