Cut out the plastic and used chequer plate and 2" holes for guages. Easy mate,my 1st attempt so maybe down the track something new and better will come along for guage wise, maybe pillar mounts or fiberglass. Ya can also have ur deck up the top and guages down but ur decision and try new ideas!

Im not 2 sure i have been told HSV Headers, but who knows they came with the car, sounds loud, goe's ok for a stocky engine with crap all mods so im happy with it and being a full time student really is hard. Pacemakers are good, consider other brands for obvious reason cost and what people recommend.

Im not sure its a fairly stock engine so i wasn't expected top numbers. Tho ill just focus on making it drive well and look good for now and engine work will happen one day when i progress thru my apprenticeship and get some more $

I havent got thosands 2 to put into the engine just yet so i may do simple and easy stuff 1st. When i do the engine mate nothing less then supercharged or hot cam would be the best idea. Im under 25 so insurance is hard already so i think maybe later.

    HeyHey
    Nice car, well looked after....
If your looking for suggestions of new things to do...
(I could be biased cos im a spray painters GF lol) But i reckon a new paint job, the paint you've got looks in great nick, but nothing makes a car stand out more than an awesome paint job (eg look at my ride... before and after pics)
But if your more interested in keeping it original SS colour I compleltely understand.
sometimes completely changing colours can be a pain in the ass, we did it for mien and it involves painting in the door jams, boot etc. Another option is getting a pearl overlay for your white, you can get some pretty awesome looking stuff theese days
ANYWAY all just something to think about
    Cheers
