Got the roof done today, and touched up a few other panels re-cleared, the frost had got to them before they were fully dried and turned it hazey.

If you can see in the pics, there weren't a lot of cars around when I was spraying, closest was that little blue/green hatch. (and all of our cars, the VE rocked up after I'd finished). By that time I'd rolled the VN back to get int he direct sunlight...

Although just as I was about to start, walked out of the garage with a pot full of colour my neighbour pulled up, ended up getting a "thankyou" for "giving them the heads up" lol, its great having good neighbours!

Also, is there anyway to get overspray/primer off the windscreen rubbers?? The ######## before me got overspray everywhere, looks chat as.

Tried rubbing with thinners, no good, tried sanding it off with like 400grit before paint and all it was doing was damaging the rubber itself...

    UPDATES???!!!

Um, got to this stage, then a mate saw it and offered to buy it off me, as is. So I put it all back together again, to get rid of it - cheap - to simplify my 'projects' list.
Now that the HQ is mine I was going to put an LS1 into it, so the VN would've just been sitting around gathering dust...

Then the talk of buying a house crept up, (while I was trying to ignore it, I couldn't get away from it) lol...

So money is sort of an issue again and that bring's us to where we are up to now, with the VN most likely being a donor for the HQ.

    Welcome to my nightmare..!
