It's not for roadie... Just stuff that can be fixed eventually. Theres no bent rack, think you read the rack boot thingy needs replacing. And its one of them vario steering racks so when you slow down the steering gets super easy. I can spin it with my pinky and when sitting still its like turning normally. Awesome xD haha And about the main seal... Not sure. I think so. I imagine the mechanics would charge ALOT to do it..

whoops sorry was prob reading and getting hassled by the 3 kids for something.. I have been quoted 1000 to do the main seal, take the motor out, drop the sump, loosen it up and new seal and new sump gasket, clean motor and put back in and new coolant.. The mechanic said it will take him all day to do it. Mine has a sump gasket leak or a main seal.. Gotta degrease it and have a look.

Thats awesome! You have the receipt. My car didn't come with anything except an old rego paper from a old guy called graham... I love getting old cars with all the history. Good reading.

Awesome. That's pretty cheap for then. I just bought a v6 vp calais donor for 400. Not in good condition though xD runs fine though. scabbing the vp calais grille off it. and the garnsh and lights. And Josh is taking the interior. But it was cheap so why not (:

So my car started making a real bad knocking sound from the strut.... Arrggh.. Wasn't sure if it was the strut or the wheel bearing. Thankgod my boyfriend is doing auto at tafe this year so he was able to fix my car as apart of his course woo (: THANKS JOSH. (And everyone at TAFE)

Had to go a week without driving it... but managed. So they changed the wheel bearing first... which was like $35 for the bearing? Then the noise was still there.. Looked further into it and they realised it was my strut... so josh swapped some vp floor carpet for a front strut from someone lol... but turns out it was only undone from the insert thing... xD so the screwed it back.. also had to get a new RH side front brake hose that was $40. (: oh and got new battery terminals. Heres some photos whilst my car was at tafe:

So I had my car booked in to get the springs put in but my brake booster decided to pop so I had no brakes ): But changed the booster and It now has brakes (: Got one 2nd hand for $50 so wasn't too bad. Better than the $265 one shop quoted me

    So this my old one:

    This is it out:

And this is my new one:

Not much difference. Lol. Had to rattle can it black because it was half purple... :S

So finally. It is LOWERED. Looks good I had my 17's on when we lowered it... Well it turns out VP Calais aren't really made for lowered with rims as is.. After smelling burnt rubber we pulled over to realize the 17's on the back were rubbing and I screwed the inside walls.. shiiiit. So we put my 15's on (: Here are some photos:

And here is the damage of my 17's:

    UPDATE!
So TAFE (Josh) did a few bits and pieces to my car today (:
Changed the diff oil as it was dirty and very low

Cleaned my injectors, In which about 4 injectors we're not working xD

They also tightened my belt woo and looked at my weird rattle. Thought it was my transmission but it was just my exhaust rattling on something.... But now I have a new bad problem... My passenger front and rear door has deadlocked... Feel sorry for Josh who has to climb in and out of the window haha. Called Holden because I thought it might be an imobiliser problem but the lady was quite rude to me and said they cant help. Even though I called them a few weeks ago about a remote key and the guy was so nice and told me to call back anytime for any help.. Tssk. But she told me to go to the Holden dealer and see if they can help. So I went to the one and only Holden dealer where I live and the guy was nice and tried to help but he couldn't so he said to get the good old TAFE guys (lol) to very awkwardly try to take out the passenger door trim and fiddle with the actuator to try to undeadlock it (Turning to the left doesnt work)..The new bonnet is so ... not dented i love it. Lol. I also need a new fuel filter then i can run my car on petrol!

Also I picked up a new amp because my old one kept stopping for $50:

And how it is now... Get a few looks but eehh. People see miss matched panels I see a straight bonnet finally (:

Now just needing to buy an electric sander and then I can get it painted.. Getting close.
