Hi, I've had my P-Plates for just over a month now and have been looking for cars. I finally got something, a VN Berlina in perfect condition and a few mods for $2500. A relative owned the car who was around 75 years old and kept good care of the car. He bought it off some young guy who put a better exhaust system in the car and had a complete overhaul of the transmission & a new torque converter just over 2 years ago. Haven't done anything to it since I am 16 and a half and don't have much income. Only just affording to keep it running. It has 15" Mags on it but I think thats it.
I'm having trouble uploading the images.
I would like to know everything that has been done to the engine, should I go to somewhere like K-Mart Auto and get them to check what has been done. Some receipts explain what has been done, but I believe there may be extractors installed.

I'm from adelaide, different rules everywhere. These are SA's:
16 - Learners, gain competency certificate before proceeding to p plates, must be on learners for 6 months. Limited to 80KM/H unless with an instructor with dual controls then 100KM/H. No alcohol AT ALL.
16 & Half - P Plates, restricted to 100KM/H, must remain of P Plates until 20 unless traffic infringements then 21. No alcohol AT ALL.
20 - If no infringements, then full license, max speed by law. 0.05 alcohol level.
I still can't get the pictures uploaded, so hopefully I'm aloud to link to the pictures on my site.

As you can probably notice, there are no Holden badges on there at all, I guess the previous owners had taken them off, or some idiot done it. Except for the mudflaps.

My whole family are commodore fans, and my best friends family. It would be funny if I could get all our cars in a photo. I got my VN Berlina, my older brother has a VS Statesman with a Gen III V8 in it, my mums VR, my other older brother has a VY or VZ Executive, friends family car has an SV6, all of my best friends sisters have VT Commodores that are good, and his sisters boyfriend has an awesome VT. My friend alone has photos from them at the Clipsal 500 with 8 VT commodores all lined up.
