    Default My VN Commodore

Hey, this is my VN. Its my first car.
Things to come in the future:

    Lowering
    Boot Respraying
    Tinted Windows
After those probably some minor engine work.
Maybe a Sub or 2, dunno yet.

Let me know what you think.

sweet. do u have any recommendations on what springs 2 get? i was thinking about 'king springs supa low'.

wes_v8 i paid $1500 for it with 190,000kms that also included the 2 1/2 exhaust...which is all good
it also came with a kenwood cd player. which i sold to my cousisn...and replaced with a alpine mp3 one.

i brought it off a guy in decemeber(the day i got my p's) last year. it was a fleet car until 1993 and the guy i brought it off paid $15,000 for it at an auction in 1993.so he'd had it from 93 to 05. full service and log book history.

it was sad day for him when i went to pick it up. he stood out the front of his driveway and waved to me as i drove off. he looked like he was waving to a child he knew he'd never see again. poor guy.

go the super low king springs, thats what i got and only cost me $300 with my mags

it made my ride a lot stiffer over bumps but cornering is so much better, now i can accelerate through corners and not get massive body roll.

man sounds like u picked up a sweet as deal. i've read that the supa low's should lower your car by 50-60mm. was that the case?
would u be able to post up some pics of your car? just so i could check those springs out on a VN.

i miss my VN, i know how he must have felt.
as for springs go for kings superlows, heres the part numbers you'll need for a VL- VP V6:
    front superlow: khpr-22SL
    rear superlow: khpr-20HD
    Matrix

mmm from those pics it does look very high..cos i'm a uni student and don't have much money i can't afford new springs just yet. but i am thinking about cutting the springs a coil or two

i'm not too sure on the colour...i guess just light blue...i've only seen one other....which is a good thing when u live in hervey bay cos every second car is a VN and i am not exaggerating

yeah the ford its my mums boyfriends work car..piece of crap...he gives it back every 20,000k's and gets a brand new one
