    Default BLOWN & COOLED VN SS Now rebuilding to 355 Stroker Blown


    1991 Series II Atlas Grey VN SS
    Built & Tuning by CVE Performance; Paul Cibotto


    - C.O.M.E Racing 355ci 5.8L stroker cast crankshaft
    - VT Roller block - Hot tanked, R & R Cam bearings, Line honed main tunnels, 2 bolt mains, 2 bolt main stud kit, Bore & torque plate hone, deck block to square, Brass welch plugs
    - Keith Black KB135 Signiature series 390 alloy modified hypereutectic pistons, T6 heat treated, additional High performance ceramic coatings on crown, dry film coat on skirts. .030" thou bore oversize, I beams rods
    - 9:1 compression ratio
    - Bottom end work Professionally Balanced & Blueprinted
    - Hastings piston rings
    - King bearings
    - Crow Guide plates
    - Crow hardened pushrods 8.300" thou
    - C.O.M.E. Racing VN Heads worked, flowed to 500hp bracketmaster, bronze guides, porting & polished, full valve job, surfaced and chambers cc'd, bigger dual coil springs and chrome moly retainers

    this ss is awesome. keep up the good work. those cv8-r rims really suit vn ss's. o yea and nice blower too. whats expect rwkw with the cooler on?

    wata fine lookin vn ss. just shows if u put a bit of time and $$$$ you can get a gorgeous car (stock) looking and going like a million bucks.

    thanks ppl! i appreciate ur Comments heaps!! yeh with cooler expecting ova 260 at the treads hopefuly. its doing 4-4.5psi now with the cooler on so 260kw at wheels will be great. im not expecting too much only coz its low boost.

    thanks heaps.. only thing thats stopping me from putting on more mods is the cops and defects. i keep getting paraded by cops

    car is jnow apart, plans are to stroke it to 355ci coz the motor isnt a vn motor, its a roller block from a vt/vu 5.0... stay tuned.

    That's one beautiful ride mate. I have a soft spot for the VN SS. It's a lovely car and you have made yours even tuffer. Right on!
