Yeah I noticed the difference on the radiator support... I was told before hand it was the guard mounting brackets... And then when I test fitted the guards I was like errr.... Someone doesnt know what the radiator support looks like
Im attacking the radiator support tomorrow and fitting the VS guards Monday morning.. Not sure if I will get pics up before it goes to ASV tuesday morning though...
Looks good with the headlights though, post pics soon![]()

VS Front End Conversion Step 3 - Fitting Headlights
Ok first up you need to cut the old bracket in front of the radiator... As the VS one goes in ALOT further... You could simply bend it, but its easier to get out the grinder... Before and after pics showing where I had to cut it:

Secondly, there are 2 holes to be drilled so that you can fit the extra screw at the bottom of the headlight... No after pic here because I forgot but heres a before pic showing the texter mark where I drilled a hole on the Passenger side of the car:

VS Front End Conversion Step 4 - Fitting Reo Bar
Next step is the reo bar, it cant be done before the headlights because of that extra hole that needs to be drilled.
The reo bar fits straight on but its very tight up against the plastic shroud bits that come out from the radiator. I cut these to allow the reo bar to sit properly, but I only cut the bare minimum. DO NOT REMOVE them as they are vital to directing air flow to the radiator, they are there for a reason so its best to leave them there.

VS Front End Conversion Step 5 - Fitting The VS Guards
Fitting the guards is fairly simple, just you have to cut the radiator support. On the VN's, the radiator support is sqaured off where as the VS is angled on the end... I copied how it is on my VS and cut it like that, so heres a before and after pic of where I cut the radiator support on the Passenger Side of the vehicle:

After this just the VS front bar needs fitting which should just bolt on perfect![]()
Just waiting for the front bar to be fitted Tuesday... The guards are temporary until I get my other VS ones back which are being fitted with the VZ SS vents. I get them back next Sunday
Bonnet will be swapped for a custom version and im probably gonna get the clear altezza headlights and indicators in a month or two as well.

That is one of the best VN models i've seen for some time. I really like the VZ SS Fluted Vents. Was there much work involved in putting these in?
I've attached the instructions for climate control, but here are the links to the pages with all the pictures you should need. Also shows the issues I had as well.

Dylan I take it insurance didn't pay out in the end- hence the VS front?
Also have you considered colour coding your wiper arms?
