Well, here she is. Ruby. My sexy white VN's replacement. Well, she's still not quite mine just yet, but it won't be long now....

Same deal as the white one, 1991 exec, etc. etc. Except...

She has low km's 158,000 or there abouts and the white one had 374,000 when she stopped running, I'm the 3rd owner of her, and she has been mechanically maintained, well I don't know about her whole life, but definately the past 3 years that my mate Nicole has had her. Nic named her Ruby and when I decided to buy her, Nic made me promise to keep the name! Even if I didn't like it, the name has sorta stuck!

The motor is about as stock as they come, but I see that as more of a 'blank canvas' rather than boring.

I want bigger wheels for her, and I want to tint the windows as well. But apart from that, I have no idea......

Just played around with the pics and I think they are up the right way now!! Aaaaaand!!! See the new ones!!

Hehe, thanks MikesVT, yeah I know the pics are little, they were sent from Nicole's mobile to mine and then put on the computer. Her phone seems to take smaller pics that mine!

Does the red make her faster than tha white one...hehe
Pitty bout those pics bit hard to see her when u gotta turn ya head on side....
And they are a bit small to get a good look....
Besides that she looks like she will be a good improvment ova the old....
U should have her for a while if she makes it to the distance the old one did...
Hope to see sum more pics of her up close....
Besides that looks like uve came accross a good buy....

Thanks guys! Well, I'm only paying $2,000 for her, so I'm not really complaining!! I just can't wait to get some better pics up of her!

Oh and Nic, would your approval of her colour be slightly biased?!

Yeah, she is nice and tidy, the only thing i can think of that's wrong with her is the paints faded a little on the roof. But, that's ok. Nothing major. Apart from that, she's immaculate! And i hope everything goes well this one too! I wanna spend more time driving it than repairing it this time!

When I decided to get another commodore after my white one died, I decided straight away it had to be another VN! I don't know why, I just like them.

I just hope I can make something really nice out of her!

Well, tomorrow all the stereo comes out of the white one and put aside for Ruby. Then the white goes up for sale monday (after a big clean inside and out!!!) Then after the white one is sold......

I go pay a BIG chunk of Ruby!! One step closer to having her in my driveway!
