So far I have found out that it has....

    build number 007 of 136.

    200kw 304 "RED" engine.(Senator 5000i only, Senator had 180kw "RED" engine)

    HSV Premium brake package.

    Recalibrated Auto transmission.

    "Senator Quartz" 2k paint.(Senator 5000i only)

    Leather/suede sports interior.

    HSV Sports suspension.

    Extractors & twin exhaust system.

Has anyone got any real specs on the engine or any other info would be great????

Great cars. This car (well it was apple green) was the reason i liked holdens so much. My neighbour had one and used to let me wash it when i was young and he let me drive it up the street and would talk me out down to crounlla and wow the looks we would get. I thought it was the bees knees. If anyone has one thats apple green in colour and wants to part with it PM me. Enjoy the car!!!

Ok the tech specs that make the 200kw motor different from the average 165kw 5L are as follows:
-HSV exhaust - just the twin cat system that was optional on the base model if memory serves (185kw motor got this as well)

-CAI - (185kw motor got this as well)

-Cam, this is the biggest difference, the 200kw motor ran a cam with similar specs to the Crane H268, Crow 4001, Come CSBH266 etc. Basically, a cam with slightly more duration and lift than standard.

-Tune, it came with a tune to suit the cam with more fuel down low and a steeper rise up to 14.7 when the boot is down. It also has a fair bit more spark advance with the boot down and the revs up than either the 165 or 185 tunes. mmmm, powerlicious.

I'm pretty sure those are most of the mechanical things that make it special, in terms of styling features, buggered if I know.

That is early style HSV CAI(same as mine). Have a look at the bottom of the air box, the intake is the whole front of the box. Standard V8 ones only have them in the corner of the box.

Umm, here and there. I've got a book called "how to rebuild and hotrod holden V8" which has a lot of info, terrible editing though. Also the info on the cam I got from the crane, crow and come websites coz they all do a standard replacement cam for the 200kw motor, which has 206 degrees 0.050 duration and .45ish lobe lift. (I installed the crow version in mine recently) Finally, do some forum whoring, like you're doing now, you'll find a heap of info. If you're not already on there I reccomend taking a look at the street commodores forum, some damned good tech info there.

Yeah slightly better than the hole in the airbox style thing though, kinda like 1/2 a CAI.

My question exactly. I have been in contact with Repliglass here in Brisbane & he can do me a set for a good price. I will get them painted when I get the wheels done.
