Suggestion, WOuldnt of painted rocker covers til motors in & running perfectly. Hope you know if you want to run it via the vt computer you will need to keep the egr & you will need to find a manual vt ecu, and need to get vt extractors modified for a vp body/egr... Or you can run it via the VS gear, NO egr, you can use VS extractors etc etc etc. And vs manual computer. or u can just run it via delco 808 ecu.

Hope you know if you change ECU's you will need to do a bit of work to the motor & changing sensor's / tapping the MAT sensor an all that crap.

    Cheers

Looks good i like the rear wing and rear bar, grill gives it some balls but i would colour code the mirrors. will go hard with your engine mods planned and 3.9's yeeha all the best with it.

    bit of an update...

    Got myself the following:

    - Twin 54mm throttle manifold
    - Yella Terra Stealth 1.7 ratio rockers
    - HM Headers
    - New engine mounts

still need to find a manual ECU, get a throttle cable and then go into the process of getting the engine in!

i gotta say i think you'll get more than 110rwkw, i'm sitting on 112 with an na buick vp 3.8 with just CAI, k&n panel, pacies, twin cats and a 2 1/2 catback

if you're doing headwork, i'd say you might crack 115.

that and a couple of places I rang about getting it put in didn't want to, gonna have to ring around a bit more, unless I take it off the road for a while and do it myself, but I have no clue what I'm doing

ok, since the forum crash lost everything, here's a briefy of what happened:

    pre-transplant:

    pacies:

auto ecotec to T5 flywheel and dr bob chip:

    engine out:

    engine dummy fitted:

    engine in! (**** pod location)

    3" exhaust goodness:

not bad considering the 3" is most likely a restriction!

    better pod location:

VZ SS guards to go in:

    Ecotec badging:

    Pic before C4C4:

    C4C4 pic:
