Well this weekend i decided to paint up my new front bar off the berlina i had...

Took a while to prep up, was unpainted n had done few kms so alot of chips in it etc, sanding is fun :P

Took most of today to do, got a new spray gun for the job too its nice.

Here some pics for ya's the grey i used was different, counld'nt find a code on the car, soo hunted round ere appently its Dove Silver, but its different to the rest of the car, much nicer, same as on me bro VS stato, so im goin to repaint the rest of the grey to match now....

Also made my box sealed to .87f3 sounds pretty good now, ran sub parameters thru sum programs to get right demention for the port, but it recommened it to be sealed, better sq so i sealed it all up, still got a couple small things left to do to it n ill be happy.

It dont go as hard sealed but sure as hell makes ur eyes bounce more, led signs etc but not the mirror, stay almost still.

Ohh also added my first piece of tacky painted interior to the car, painted my rear vistion mirror DOVE SILVER mwhahahaha pretty tacky but LMAO

Got sum new splits on the weekend, Focal VB165's @400. Was out lookin for rotors, but couldnt find any anywhere, 7shops, ricebarn, repco, bursons, none anywhere, soo went to GCCS southport

They are sooo soo sooo nice, heaps of stage, great qual, n alot of noise.
My mirrors shake n soo does the outside of the door, soo impressed.

PUlled out the Options, threw them in me bro stato for a bday prez.

Had to put in a 12mm spacer behind the pods to bring it out from the door so magnets could fit, few hrs f'n around there getin it all right.

Soo happy with these speakers.

Besides that changed me tyres yesterday with my new 2 spare calais rim, was on slicks, now on re92's n its a hell of alot slippery LOL.

Should get a heap of pics with me dads G10 camera, sum freash onse with new bar, sanded rims. n heap of rubbish in the car, all good from outside tho hehehe

Jase, from memory, i reckon if you cleaned the car out entirely of all the Macca's packaging, you'll knock off at least 3 minutes off the 1/4 mile time, lol, jks.
My VR on the other hand, the auto just went again, its slipping and a professional opinion reckons the friction bands are fried. Still driveable, but can just putt around only.

Meh nothin much goin on aye, put a 100mm port in the side of box, flared it all out, besides that jst been thrashin the old gurl, need bushes soon, bout to bust.

Been doin lil bits of work on me bro's stato and polishin me rims.

Me dads last day at beaurepairs tomorrows, soo no more free tyres, goin to suck balls, have to refrain from throwing it around tha place.

New bar is on n crap, bit wonky due to me reo, but ill get it sorted, one day

Was pretty lame aye, wish i was really goin sideways for self satifaction.

I doubt there was smoke, there RE92's on the back , hard as crap, there was a bit of slap but only coz bushes are shotty n i like doin it.

Jst got it out, cost 271 impound fee, still gotta go to court nxt week, yay.

Gotta read up on these hoon laws now, so i dnt loose it for 3months n $2500 fee

Pulled the sound deadner off my boot on the w/e, put that crap in my doors, soo much better, soo soo soo much.

Goin to do the rest of the doors, shelf n roof, then think about doin the boot. laters on

Um besides that ive now got a 4seater car, sub is hanging thru the seat, unable to close that hatch, port firing out the side, tuned to 38hz, goes pretty good, picked up the high end bass i was missin out havin it backwards, n deadning the doors has helped tha bass outta the slipts heaps. Everythin is much more leveled out.

Beside that all ive done to teh car is paid my rego yay
