VN front seats, can I swap them over?

My VN Berlina front drivers seat has seen better days and is a little sagged out and threadbare. The passenger side front seat is perfect.

I use the car to go to work and therefore nobody needs to use the front passenger seat.

Am I able to disassemble the seats so that the good bottom and back from the passenger side is fitted to the drivers side and the rooted bits are put back in the passenger side?

I realise that I would lose the lumber adjustment on the drivers seat.
