Hi peoples thought i'd post some info about my VN , at the moment it's pretty stock motor wise , i was planning a little freshen up for the motor but how things change

so far i've got
355 stroker kit
VN heads heavily ported and polished
ACL race series full gasket set
hornet scoop
bonnet struts
rollamasta double row timing chain
chrome harrop manifold bolts
full VS SS interior

parts i still have to get
harrop hi rise single plane manifold
quad throttle body
catch can
tran's cooler
k&n air filter
radiator plus twin thermos
new brake set up - 330mm front and rear rotors , twin piston calipers front single pistons calipers rear + braided brake lines
pacemaker headers + twin 2 1/2 inch exhaust with high flow cats
19 inch rims to show off the brakes
custom VS dash conversion
plus a whole lot of other stuff could'nt be bothered writing anymore , and i want it to be fully engineered

Where are you getting the 330mm rear brakes from? N what sort of price if I can ask?

Its a VP Senator Kit.

Where are you getting the 330mm rear brakes from? N what sort of price if I can ask?

Mate i'm getting them from Race Brakes Sydney the sell them in a package which includes
330mm rotors front and rear
twin piston calipers front ( PBR ), single piston calipers rear ( PBR )
braided brake lines all round
brackets to fit
PBR brake pads
$2900 , or you can get the same package but the rear rotors are 290mm for $2150

ok i've come to relise that i'm going to need another car as a daily driver ...but .... what do i do ? Do i keep the VN as my daily as it's reliable and do everything to a VK/VH or do i continue to do the VN and buy another car and keep my fingers crossed that it does'nt **** itself ? I'm leaning more towards keeping the VN as my daily cause i could'nt afford to have 2 cars off the road , what to do ?

Don't go a VH, VK only

But i'd do the VN myself (obviously) and buy a cheap VL daily or something.

well with alittle help from my neice i'm scrapping my plans to do my VN and i'm going VK , the plan is to have it done for her year 10 formal in 3 years so the VN will remain my daily driver

well me and my neighbour got bored acouple of weeks ago so we put the gilmore drive on i had , fark i love the sound it makes should of put it on earlier , if i can work out how to put a sound file up i'll get a recording and put it up for you all to hear
