that explains why the gap between the 6's isnt the same, and the Ks have the same piece of dirt next to them
Hahahaha oh wow. You've got to be kidding me guise.
Okay.
My numberplate is *K* *6* - I just photoshopped the middle letter & number across on either side to mask it... then realised OMG WHAT HAEV I DONE and decided to leave it like that for the pics
lol, I have to admit... those are NOT my number plates. I am PRETTY sure the RTA would have skipped that particular one in the serieslmao
PS: lol stocky, I like the way your mind works![]()

Just got back from Hillerus' place, picked up some IRS Superlow springs he was kind enough to donate to my causeThey should go together nicely with the Superlows out of the front of my VP.
Got some touchup paint to fix up the scratches and scuffs around the VQ bumpers. Last owner did a bit of touch parking I think.
If it would STOP RAINING, I could get out there and do some work on the sound system. but NO. It's been bucketing down for three days now. Thanks for nothing, Queensland.
PS: Hillerus is a CHAMPION.

Dunno if I would list those mags under "good bits" but otherwise it looks like a good buy
Reaper
Just dont do what every fool does, just install the springs, get the matching shocks AND camber kit before you think about putting them on... a vq with wide wheels and new springs/shocks is enought o out steer a live axle commodore with the same setup, the irs is a good thing dont let anyone tell you otherwise.
Hahahaha nice! Finally, full licenceDoesn't it feel good ^____^
Ahhhh Reaper, you don't know me well enough. I LOVE stock things. And stock 15" stato mags turn me on. It means I can chuck fat 225s on the 15" rims, have stacks of tyre bulge, and grip the road nicely without bling mags that 1) attract cops, and 2) cost money for tyres. Last thing I want to be doing is forking out real money for real tyres on an 18" rim
Look at any photo of my VP. 'Ceptors forever
Yeah, the springs are going into the garage for quite a while. I gotta get some good quality shocks (turfing the Pedders shocks from the front of the VP) an some good camber-eating rubbers in the back, as well as a set of K-Mac adjustable strut tops for the front end. Then I'll slam it all in and enjoyCould be toward the end of the year before all that happens though
Thanks for the word on the IRS, too. I think it's slowly starting to grow on me.

Im supprised u still got all 4 center caps lol id watch where u park the car haha i bet some1 will have their eyes on emi dont mind the spoiler man must b coz its the same as wats on mine haha but i reckon a boot lip would suit it better so keep it on till u find 1 of those?
Check out my ride in progress.... 98 VT V6, V8 Supercar kittedDaily toy.... 92 VP Calais 5L
********4 Sale- 2 x 7' Pool Tables********
bring it to the stains!!!!!
VE Commodore SS-V [SKD55] ► Phantom Black ► Redhot Leather Trim ► 6 Speed Manual ► 282 RWHP Stock ►
looks sweeti like it.
hahaha, yeah, gotta say your Clubby looks mad dumped like that thoughVery much your style. I don't think I could ever drive a car that low though.
Also I'm in a bit of a toss up about the sound, hey. I mean, I LOVE the sound of a loud 8... but I'm not sure I want to go down that path. If I can find a good 2.5" system that keeps it quiet I'd rather buy that. I've had my fun in the VP. That was loud and proud. Now I'd like something that doesn't ACTUALLY wake up emily (who lives above the garage in this house) every time I turn it on.
Thanks manHahaha, yeah, it would be good if you had a working car for a start. On your money though, I REALLY don't think you want an 8. You couldn't afford the petrol.
I can't.
Glad you agreeGood to know some people on here have good taste ^_^ But also you're wrong about the stato mags. They're ROCKIN. \m/
hehe, RWC before mods. RWC tomorrow morning, actually! *crosses fingers*
lol that's so true, thanks for pointing that out. I may remove the centercaps when I'm not driving the car, hey. Just slap them on for weekend cruising. At least I won't have that trouble with the spoilerIf someone's keen to take it, they're welcome to save me the trouble! lol
Hahaha, maybe. I couldn't afford the petrol to burn around all night in the V8 though
cheers man, glad you agreeI love the stock stato rims. They also make it look like a grandpa's car, in addition to the mudflaps. I should get an anti-static strip too.
Cheers manIt's growing on me ^_^ Appreciate the comments.
hahaha ummm... that would be cheating.lol
Cheers for the offer on helpI may need to enlist you for that when it comes time to strip the VP for parts.
In fact, I may even need to get you AND Hillerus to give me a hand taking the VP to pieces in one go, shoving the good bits in a trailer, then getting it towed.
May look at doing that in the next couple of weeks.

hahaha yeah, I had enough scrape'age on superlows in my Mazda 626. I can only imagine what you must go through with Uberlows on the back of that thing ^_^
Can't say I didn't warn you though
Cheers dude. I still don't know when... but sometime before the end of the month.
I'll probably invite anyone who wants to, to come along and scavenge the bits they want. I'll have to set up a sale section for the bits worth money. VS V8 Radiator, VS Calais seats, etc. Stuff like that. Hopefully there'll be some local interest.
