MY Vn Calais

[Snakes-Calais]

I this is my vn Calais.

It is a V6 1990 with 186,000.

It has fusion 6x9 and 6 inch powerplant speakers, CAI, 2 n half cat back exhaust ki flow cat

I am currently resprayin it in alpine white and putting a SV5000 bodykit on it and VN SS spoiler.

Ive got 3 VY R8 18x8 rims so if any1 has 1 lyin around they wish to sell let me no.

Na i am doin it as a school project. I work at a crash shop so i am doin it there

i saw, liking the work? i used to work at a panel/mechanic shop but can at the moment due to my eyes.

Sweet as a school project i remember my first vn when i was 14-15, about the same condition as yours! good work

Alot of Vns these days are starting to rust espically in the rubber in the rear window.

Yer man i am an trainee panel beater and only work for 2 days and week and go to school the rest. I like the work its better than a desk job lol

Car is all put together no just need spoiler to be painted and mags painted then block n polish it all the runs then she ready to go lol. Might not get spoiler on the car b4 c4c as we dont have any of the flexible addative needed to paint it.

get yourself some new headlights mate. other than that, its looking ace, top job on the paint.

Looking tight, Reckon you should paint the black parts on ur mirror the same white, give it the calais look

I dont really wanna overdo the colour codeing i think can look a little gay when over done. I want them clear headlights but they r pretty dear i have heard so may wait a littlw while to get some.

i bought mine with the clear headlights so not sure what their worth but damn their sexy

paint looks great. i think i need a respray soon lol. few lil touches and she will be looking sexy

came out great. how much paint did you end up using to paint the whole car? wouldnt mind knowing the costs involved

Cost was about 2 gs for paint work. I did all the body work because my dad owns a crash shop lol. He liked it cos the other apprentice painter got to paint my car n learn how to paint. We used about 5 litres of paint i think in the end cos we gave the car 3 coates and had to paint the bodykit twice due to pinholes.
