Hey guys, ive been on the look out for a vn ss for a while now. Anyway's I picked the ss up last Friday

Quick rundown
It has VY SS 18" Rims, full atlas grey respray (3months ago), vs seats. Engine is stock
My plans
roadworthy approval. And hope to be blown

Shes auto mate, next thing on my list is transmission rebuild with stage2, stally ect hopefully by next week, I paid just under 4k which I was very happy with, owner wanted to get rid of it quik..

Today I replaced all the door rubbers as they were screwed.

i think i saw this car on carsales or ebay...very nice, stroked and blown, although expensive well worth it, get some sigs, that would top it off

Just got back on my feet after having some money problems, which I had to put the car last for a while.

Car just had a full re-condition of the transmission at transstyle. Also last week went for r.w.c though front uni joint worn, springs to short, some rubbers and globes. So im a happy man and car should be on the road within the month.

Sweet man, did you end up going shift kit/stally etc on the auto?

Nah just heavy duty clutches ect just a full rebuild. Though it took them 4 or 5 times to get it right I wasnt a happy man. Mods will be started once I get rwc.. cant wait.

Pics of interior, you said it has VS stato stuff including seats, but going by the top of the dash in the pics, its still VN/P dash, meaning door trims aswell.

Yeah it has vn dash sorry I should of explained it better , though seats are out of a vs will get pictures up tommorow.

how would you fit vs doortrims on anyway? even if you took off the plastic airvents would they still be the same as VN/VP ones underneath?

Rear ones fit, but fronts have a huge gap where those airvents are.

Yeah was told by previous owner they were out of a statesman, though the door inserts have the statesman emblem on them which was making me think they were out of a statesman. I dont really care either way, it still looks tops and the VS seats are a good upgrade from the vn seats!

When the missus gets home ill take some happy snaps.

Pretty sure its from a VR statesman, with retrimmed door inserts. Anyway, Great pick up mate looks fantastic
