looks like this ride has some potential.
im still unsure as to what to do with it.
i might fix it up. let my mum drive around in it for a month. then possibly do it up. not too sure.
could fix it up and have a sweet second car. but not sure yet.
or as mischa said burnout car. we will see what needs to be done to get it running again.
then you never know what will happen.
might get an 8 and build it up
but who knows.
Update.
Debadged the ass end of it today. was pretty easy to do. had a look in the boot. no rust which is lucky although it leaks so much water into the boot its not funny.
both rear quarters leak.
and no rust on the boot seal which is a good sign.
Still no closer with finding out what the mechanical problem it has is but i will figure it out eventually.
. cheers for your support guys. might end up a budget build. who knows. make a suggestion if you like.
this is what happens when u let a mate with no experience behind the wheel
we had the car running for about half hour
so the $100 project car is no more

Looks painfull, bit of a waste of a nice VP just for the sake of some unco having a hoon, I hope no one was in the back and got smacked around by that door
well that was a nice short build period haydz
no longer a hoon by association - the commodore is gone
No one at all had a scar, including the driver (only one in car). First thing he did was get out and pick up the bumper.
And it was the cas, lol.

Very lucky no one was hurt.
Hope he was licensed etc. or the owner may also be in trouble for letting an un-licensed driver take the car.
The registered owner had no noledge that the car was being driven, had been swaped between about 3-4 owners in the last week?

oh it is, but its not so much that his lieing just i most proberly will get some things wrong, i didnt see it happen i saw it a few seconds later so i cant really comment on what happened. Apparently someone steped out infront of the car, and from what it looked like that could be true bout i very much dout he was going 50km/h....

what a waste, but lucky in the end of it all he wasnt or no one else was hurt or killed..
Definitely a waste of a good car.
I Still drive in and cant believe its out the front in a twisted heap.
its taught me a lesson thats for sure.
and found out he was unlicensed. he is giving me the money i paid for the car.
but its still the fact that it would have been a really good car. there "was" barely anything wrong with it.
