Hey...

This is my girl

Its a 92 VP Calais had it for nearly 2 years now. Has served me well over the time, has been very reliable and a clean runner.

Motor: Stock V6

Interior: pretty much stock besides an Isotta sports wheel

Wheels: 17x7.5 7 spoke

Stereo: Pioneer head deck 12" pioneer sub and a 15" US Audio sub

Exhaust: Stock exhaust

Suspension: Brand new Gas shocks with lowered king springs in the front, and LL industrial springs in the back (really nice ride imo)

Brakes: standard

Atm all i really need to do is paint the grille, get a new exhaust tip and do the roof lining.... been caught up doin other stuff so grille painting didn't go to plan :(

much appreciated guys.

Yeh Calais_cruisn yours was the first car i looked at from the site.. and i thought the same thing... ures is VERY nice Btw... love it.... i got a HUGE soft spot for VP's and yours put a smile on my face
the paint on the car isnt as flash as it looks on the pics. I am actually a detailer on and off, it makes me good at getting the best out of what i got..

PS i love the site.. has great content and decent amount of members... hope to go on some cruises in the future.

Looking very nice mate.

some reccommendations that will set the car off:

Debadge it - make it look clean.

Paint grille - I did it to mine and it looks soo much better than the ugly plastic.

as mentioned an exhaust tip always looks nice.

nice paintjob on a nice car so plenty of potential

Funny how I noticed it was in South Australian from the design on the shed before I saw the plates :). Looks shiny. Bootlid out of place, this is just too gay to notice things liek that

could have been tapped going by the extra large than normal gap between the body and rear bumper (also could have just had the bumper or bootlid itself taken off and reattached at some point) question is why?

I would show you a fantasic picture of export quality VN's lined up on a wharf with 5 times the gap that boot has on every single panel but I cant find it. Panel alignment wasn't a strong point with Holden in those times :p
