Pretty lucky considering the engine work I think if I were you in the interests of not being pulled over I'd have the rest of the car spot on legal. No such thing as 18 inch wheels being illegal tho, that's just some imaginary law in South Australia

Cops dont know the law anyway.You can go a +3 fitment providing the mags still keep it in track,the rolling diameter is the same as original,the load rating of the rims and the tyres are suitable for the car.Then all what is needed is for an engineer signatory to inspect it all and to sign it off.About $470..Then you can give the cops your engineers papers for the plus three fitment and tell them to go get ****ed.
