Looks to be a good starting place, have you done anything to the interior yet?
That's a nice, clean ride
I think if you have it lowered a little on those rims, those wheels will look fantasticDon't get those new rims you pic'd. They won't suit, as they have no dish. VN/VP rims NEED dish.

that boat is sick!!! oh nice car too![]()
nice wagon mate got a soft spot for wagons now. My mate has his vp spac wagon resprayed anthracite grey( the vp ss black if you want to call it that) and it looks tops might be worth looking at instead of black.

Great to see another wagon! You have a few options for springs and it all depends if you want to go lower or have it sit even as it is. If you want to go really low you can put ultra's in the rear and even it out or if you want it to sit even as it is put sports low's in the front
Haha I thought you were dissing the wagon. Then I realised there was actually a boat in the picture
Btw rims with a dish are similar to the rims I have. They look like this:

i was thinking kings ultras aswell....but arent they only about 70mm? will the extra 5mm even it out you rekon??
i like the height of the front so i dont want to raise it back up...
a friend of mine is scrapping a VN wagon....will the chrome window surrounds on that fit the vp?? vn ones loook heeeapps better i rekon....
Dude, there's nothing wrong with the way your wagon sits at allI think it looks beautiful!
Just a bit of rake, so when the boot is loaded up, she sits nice and level. Those springs are the perfect height, and those wheels don't look bad either.
Instead of spending more money on springs and wheels, why not get the front and rear bars sprayed?![]()

you think? the boots never loaded up though...thats the thing....
yeh i dont mind the wheels for what they are either...
im actually spraying the whole car jet black....got the paint and all...im just waiting on a compressor...i only had a fiddle around with the Bars with the HVLP but i wasnt happy with it.....
their not the exact ones....but id probably go for 19's
hey nice ride... i was choosing a set of wheels for my vr.. zu2 make some nice wheels.. i have them on my vn 5l they look fairly nice
i agree with morton. wagon's do need bit wheels and need to have a deap dish look to them.. makes the car look fatter.. its up to you man..

yeh i agree with him aswell i think...
anyway unfortunatly i have some bad news.....i was working at the North melbourne flats on thursday.....and we went out for lunch, then came back and parked in the parking spot that my car was parked in. Meaning that the wags was stolen.....
the police found it the next day in mill park at the BMX track...Sycamore street.....In a carpark filled with freshh burnouts yada yada yada...
anyway heres the damage/loss list:
Wheel wells full of rubber
speakers gone
Stereo stuffed
passenger lock barrel broken
steering column broken
ignition barrel broken
usb gone
cds gone
$150 flask gone
exhaust scraped like hell
ashtray gone
heater knob gone
door panels scratched to the s.h.i.t.t.e.r.
theres probably more, i didnt have a thorough look...ill post a couple of pics i took later on.
anywho.....insurance has the car now so im just wondering if anyone knows roughly how much it would cost for a reco tranny and motor??
might as well get something worth while now that you have to replace the motor. So go ecotec conversion or something.
Real sad to hear about the car man, thats the only problem about older model commodores its so much quicker to steal them, and so much less noticeable.
What's wrong with the motor and gearbox?
