Just picked up my new baby last friday, 1992 vp
Wanted some ideas on what mods i can get done 2 her.
She already has
WINDOW TINT
2 1/2" SPORTS EXHAUST FROM THE CONVERTER TO REAR
NEW CD PLAYER AND 6X9 SPEAKERS
CLEAR TAIL LIGHTS
SPORTS STEERING WHEEL
CUSTOM PAINT (PINK WITH A PURPLE PEARL)
Any ideas will be great.

Wow that looks sick. Lower it, Cold air induction, extractors, Greenfoam Tune, as a few of the performance side of things and maybe an exhaust tip (if it doesnt already have one), rims, fog lights all the those sorts if you're keen on additional blingage. If Holden wanted to sell a big car to girls that would be about it. I've seen alot of fancy lipstick coloured VL's but I never realised how much better than kind of paint would be on a VP. Which are kinda feminine even in the factory colours

haha i think that badge is fake, check under the hood near the firewall for a hsv enhanced build plate. it'll tell you your build number if it really is one.
if i were you i'd get a new set of wheels (nothing fancy or expensive, just some nice vx clubsports or even vy ss'), and lower the absolute crap out of it. you won't believe how much better the car will look. performance wise Cold Air Intake (CAI) and i'd leave it at that for a v6.
oh yeah and i just read you had clear tail lights... personal opinion but i think they look terrible on cars which have garnishes like the vp. i'd grab some stock lights and maybe paint the pinstripes pink as well (very easy).

Im looking in2 getting her lowered now, just need 2 find sum1 around my area.
In the boot the old owner let me the old tail lights. Might get someone 2 put em on and see what they look like.
Get these rims, Seen them on a VS ute and they looked sick. Reckon it would suite the VP

Get a greenfoam tune and your car will be every bit as good as a HSV Enhanced car ( in the go department). The Enhanced VP's were built to order most of the time and could have a range of "goodies" in it - like the level 3 dash with the trip computer, grill, body kits and so on.
Also the paint looks A grade

you can do it yourself! lights are really easy to swap over, just open the boot, twist the globe sockets to take them out of the lights, and undo the 6 nuts for each light. then they pop straight out
car is going to look amazing when it's lowered with nice rims!
