Some people have strut braces and love them, others have tried them and thought they were useless.

As for adjustable panhard rods, their only purpose is to allow you to adjust the lateral position of your rear axle on lower cars so it tracks evenly. If your car isn't lowered there is no benefit. However make sure your bushes in your standard rod are in good condition, and urethane is probably better than rubber in this application.

You won't ever notice it driving around town, so unless you do track work or alot of hills driving there isn't alot of point.
