Towbar help, vr acclaim IRS

I'm having difficulty with installing a towbar I picked up the other day. Its a haymen reece one and im just wondering how to install it.
Do i need to drill holes behind the petrol tank to mount it, or am I supposed to use pre existing holes?
The rest i can get on fine im just having difficulty installing it behind the petrol tank.
Its off an IRS vr acclaim.
Here's a pic of what im talking about.

from memory it goes on a support beem and there should be 2 nuts with wire on them that goes in to the beem, than the bolts go through the bar in to the nuts. this is what my parents vr acclaim had i have a solid axil vr so i cant get pics for ya.

Yeah i wanna know aswell i have one for a vr statesman if anyone has pics or instructions please help!

When I fitted a holden one I had to drill thru the floor and the holes were pre punched so just had to run the drill thru but your one looks way different.
