Just out of curoisty anybody here brought a cheap vs?? ive seen vx go for around 6000 and a recent vs go for 2000, anybody paid cheaper?? my VL's starting to get to me with the repairs and i really want a daily driver nothing special..

yeh mate i spent 3000 on my 93 VR but its immaculate n only has 220*** k's on it

$3400. Nice paint, lowered on pedders shocks and springs, 17" 235's, 2.5" exhaust. 180000 k's. I was pretty happy.

Ohhh i knwo that feeling, 10k on mine about 7 years ago, had 130k on it, todate, i am in your boat and only HALF the chassis is orignial, its been in accidents (not my fault at all) and is now running on its 3rd engine (again not my fault, first was unknowly dont prior to me purchasing it and i got burnt bad,)

So 10k orignially, 17k since then on repairs got to love my commodore.

Are you sure ? That was 7 years ago. Anyway, yes it was perfect, just needed a set of brake pads. Still is near perfect considering its age and the stuff i've done in it.

Swapped a clapped out Nissan Pulsar SSS for a 95 VS exec in good condition with 225K on the clock. I bought the pulsar for $2000 and did a "no cash" trade at a car yard for the commodore.
