irs diff what to do

what should i do buy a reco irs diff or should i get it rebuilt ? oh and how much would it cost , and what would a 9" conversion cost??

probli rebuilt = tight, 2nd = lazy. i dont think u can do a 9inch for irs

oh and i would rather fix everything i can coz im also slipping every rotation tyers cherp like they are slipping and its a little car to control the car at high speeds lol it loves to side atm
