VS has a different harmonic balancer and crank angle sensor plus the DFI module or the coils are different. They are the bits I know of.
Best way to find out is to search for the individual parts on Ebay where sellers will list what fit which series.
The ignition switch will be the same and probably the leads/plugs.

Series II should fit, series 1 is different to VN VP VR etc

i was referring to the ignition barrel but its no probs i just found out they are interchangeable thank for ya time anyway
