vs calais diff help
i just bought a vs calais diff im not sure if its lsd or not. does anyone know from this diff tag

because i need to know what oil to use in the diff

spin one of the axles and:
if the other end spins the same way, u have an LSD
if the other end spins the opposite way, its a standard single pegger

You can also tell from the compliance plate - there is a link somewhere that tells you the different diffs - axle on mine says "GU4" which I think is the standard one despite mine being ex-cop.

as hako mentioned, if its an factory lsd it should say LSD on the tag.
i assumed that it didnt have that listed on the tag, so i gave you an alternative checking method
