VS differential fluid

to change to diff fluid on my VS, do i just pull out that black plug?

because it doesnt feel like budging

and will fluid p*** out everywhere?

the plug will be hard but that is were you fill it from.
The bottom bolt that is a little different is the drain.

Jam a screw driver in there to lever the plug out.
