VS gear boot plz help

hey guys, some how my gear boot has come apart from the square plastic mount thing and i cant for the life of me figure out how it all goes back together.

its just the standard rubber boot. i cant find anything in the search tool so im sorry if this has been asked a thousand times.

any pics would be real handy as well. cheers

the rubber goes over the console plastic thing...then you clip the other bit back on with the "front" part facing towards the front....if that makes sense

You have taken the plate out yeah? you cant stuff it back in from the top it slides in from the under side.

alrite cheers guys ill give it a another go. mite have to glue it back together tho... turns out you really cant just stuff it in from the top lol
