power steering fluid

Just a simple one guys. Whats the maximum amount of power steering fluid your supposed to put into the fluid reserviour? Do you fill it up, or is it like oil where you only fill it so much?

may sound like a stupid question, but the bottle i have here says "fill oil reservoir to maximum level only" and "Do not overfill" i couldn't see any indicators on the reservour.

from memory isn't there like a dipstick thingy in the centre of the lid? with like a full line

Not on mine. Just has a black cap on the top that says power steering



on the left.

Im unaware if theres a dip stick elsewhere. Any pointers would be great
