just coming back from dinner was not even giving it any changed to second and (BANG.....!!!!!).
Thought i had broken a half shaft bye the sound it made got it home like that went for reverse to park it and would not move forward or back then and would not even roll backwards.
Was rebuilt 3 months ago and 11000 km's ago
bye previos owner and no warranty for anyone but that guy so in went the manual

Hehe shit. Really busted up there. Shouldn't be much of a problem replacing the shaft. Just a pain in the arse for you I guess.

i have seen that before in a vt 5.7 before. pretty nasty to see input shaft snapped like that. the one i saw said exacty the same fault maybe? do you normally flog the arse out of it?
