I guess it depends on your style I personally prefer the standard boot. 100x better than anything else!!

    Hi Mort

Nah, yer on yer own with that opinion. The rubber one looks like it came from a Camira. Definitely not classy enough for your Stato.

To the OP, you need a new camera phone. Those photos are shithouse.....

Look at it this way morton, you could save some more weight by using cloth over that big piece of rubber.

lol 50LTRv8, you can only take weight saving so far I hate the look of 90% of cloth/leather boots people end up making themselves. I like old styles

Seeker, the knob was a random one I found at some auto parts store Apparently it was a special order that someone then didn't want. Can't remember what brand! It's matt leather with brushed metal. I love it

Stealthy what are all those colourfull things in the ash tray compartment? I still think the rubber boots look the best, they armourall up a treat too. But i like things mostly original, especially when it comes to a cars interior..

Can't decide whether i like it or not, might suit a short shift better.

While we're here is anyone selling the round rubber boot that covers the gear plate, VS? I'll take it off your hands.

    blasphemy.

mortons is the only decent looking one, but only because im sure he cleaned it as much as possible, and has all those fancy lighting effects in his photos. my rubber one was pretty busted up when i bought it, so i put a leather one in instead

Usually just a moist microfibre cloth and wet cotton tips/toothbrush. Sometimes I'll use some random interior cleaning spray... I think I have a bottle of Kitten stuff laying about at the moment.
